Saw the most amazing monument to Animals in War... They Had No Choice....just past Marble Arch. The Arch was OK...probably magnificent really but this...was simply amazing Took heaps of photos and I was a mess looking at it. So simply done and so emotive....the inscription says ...'from elephants to pigeons...they had no choice....just brilliant. So after patting all the statues I moved on to the Arch. It really was amazing and the work in it, and the history....the animals were a bit too high up to pat but I walked under it, around it...and took lots of photos.... BUT...
