After 4 days in Szczecin in almost no wind we motored to the fuel dock and filled our tanks, then back up the river to the village of Stepnica. There was some sort of family event going on when we arrived. We took the bicycles for a run round and we thought it was a very poor village with a lot of derelict buildings. Only 2 restaurants, we went in the large one, 2 meals, 2 drinks and a side salad for £12.00 unfortunately not very nice. When we got back to Bunny Bee the family event had turned into a disco. A polish yacht skipper told us it would go on till 01.00. So we left and anchored in the bay. We can still hear the noise but it’s much better. Now dusk has fallen we have the disco in the distance and green frogs on the shore competing with each other.
