We sailing the 43 miles from Tallinn to Helsinki to meet up with John and Marrienne. The wind was on the nose but we had just enough angle to sail all the way across but after the last few days storms the seas were still quite rough. We mored in the Helsinki Sailing Club where we were planing to leave the boat and visit St Petersburg via the Cruise ship. We spent 2 days around the city, visiting the sites. It is a more modern city than Tallinn and is undergoing a lot of building work with new ship terminals and new tramways being built.
