Explored the most amazing place today! A half hour fairly steep walk up to the top of the waterfall, into the most amazing natural setting I have seen!! There was a series of plunge pools, and the ultimate infinity edge pool-overlooking the valley. All the pools were sandy bottomed-they looked man made, but even still more beautiful than any resort could be. Photos couldn't capture it! We packed lunch and ended up swimming and exploring a fair way up the pools! ...

On our way to Kakadu National Park-excited- and ready to explore. Stopped at Mary River roadhouse for lunch and pay permit fee, then headed down a very corrugated, rocky road ( approx 10km/hr the last 9kms of the trip!)
