After breakfast this morning we were lucky enough to move to a powered site. Helpful in the heat to put the air conditioner on. When moving 30 metres rather than 500kms attention to detail wasn't what it should have been. Alko legs still down - Rookie mistake by Baz, might need a replacement in Darwin.
The boys went for a walk to the Yellow Waters boat ramp whilst Pen tried to remove some dust from the caravan. We were lucky enough to see a small croc about 10 feet from the walkway.
After lunch we all headed to the Warradjan Aborigine Cultural Centre and spent an hour looking at the displays and continuing to learn more about our rich history. A very well put together display however couldn't hold Jack & Pops' attention for the full term.
We then did some offroading to Jim Jiim Billabong which was impressive - difficult to get a good look and photo's when signs warn you not to get close to water as saltwater crocs inhabit.
We finished the day with the Yellow Waters Sunset Cruise - an amazing up close look at the crocs and varied birdlife of Kakadu's World Heritage wetlands. Oh and the sunset wasn't bad either.
