The week of the Cape Yearling Sales arrived after nearly 10 weeks of hearing about it. It was Breeders Day at the races. Breeders day is where all the Cape Stud owners go to the races and everything is sponsored and paid for by the Cape Breeders Association. Mike (aka Badger) and his family are in town! They are staying at the Twelve Apostles Hotel which is situated in Camps Bay behind Table Mountain. We borrowed Justin's car and drove there to pick him up allowing an hour and a half for traffic. Good job we did!
