I had absolutely no sleep whatsoever last night. The snoring concerto was too overwhelming. In the end I made the decision not to try and go back to sleep but to leave the albergue altogether. The sun wasn't up yet but it didn't matter, I couldn't stand it any more and thought that if I couldn't sleep I might as well start walking! Fortunately, I wasn't alone. It became clear quite quickly that i wasnt the only one who couldn't sleep.
The sun hadn't risen yet, but people had torches and the dark didn't last long. I walked all the way to the end of the next stage.
It was a nice town with a beautiful river bank where i spent a couple of hours sleeping and dreaming on the wsrmth of the sun under a shady tree. I said goodby to a couple of friends that wanted to hang around another night. I didn't !! I thought it would help.
