Yikes.. Sounds terrible... I hope you are joking about a needle and thread! How many miles is 35km: it sounds like an awfully long way to me... hope the foot isn't too painful.. are you over half way now? Take care Adeline... it would be nice if you were in one piece when you get back... xxxxxx

Hi Adeline, Hope you had a good night's sleep ready for starting the Meseta... sounds like that 200 Km is going to be a hard slog. I do hope your feet are holding up. I'm missing our walks to Gloucester docks and back! Take care hun and remember I'm with you in spirit (I think the spirit tonight might be Gin!!!). love Sarah xxx

Addie, me and Madge were thinking of you yesterday, so we put our walking shoes on and walked the long way to the boat for refreshments. The dogs made it a little tougher but we got through it so don't you get worrying. Keep up your stroll round them churches and stay out of the men's toilets. Love petunia xx

Hi Adeline
Had our usual Friday morning walk with Merlen and Rusty leading the way.. Bit wet but sun finally came out... Along the river at Maisemore to the Deer Park and and back again... missed you (of course!)... hope all okay with you... you must be nearly half way now, a hardened walker and intrepid adventurer.... Take care.. Hope the sun is out for you.
