We arrived in Westport and it was a Sunday which meant everything was closed apart from the bars and supermarket. The two activites on offer were horse riding and and jet boating. I have done lots of horseriding and although jet boating looked fun I decided not to do it as I had already done a lot of activities in New Zealand and I cant do everything. This just left the pub and rugby. Luckily there were two good matches on. First Wales and then England. They both won. We made dinner in their nice big kitchen and went to bed.

In the morning we stopped off to see some cape fur seals sitting on some rocks at the coast and a bit further down the road we stopped to see the rock formation known as the pancake rocks. They are called that as they are lots of thin layers of rock on top of each other which looks like a pile of pancakes.
