We set up office in the kids cub as it's not being used - there is a good wifi connection and plenty of charging points so everything is being topped up. Whilst we are awaiting the trailer some idiot at virgin has de-activated Donna's sim card and now she cannot call or text anyone. Virgin have sent a new sim card to my parents and they have sent it to us - priority international. So we have been awaiting a cycle trailer and a sim card! What else could go wrong, well we lost a tiny t-towel in our first week (now replaced), 3 of our cycle bottles have sprung leaks. The 2nd of which really upset Donna as in the morning it was full of white wine but when we reached the campsite after a day's cycling it was only half full - bottles now replaced. The elastic in all of Donna's new knickers has parted from the knickers (and she's not allowed to carry many pairs), fortunately her cycle shorts are keeping her knickers up. She has bought some new ones today - I caused a big stir in the tourist info asking the ladies there for a European / UK knicker size conversion! I melted a spork this morning (cooking bacon so it was worth it). We went on a cruise along the moselle yesterday, ate far too much cake and enjoyed ourselves way too much. We've been exploring the local castle ruins today and are hoping to depart tomorrow. The trailer has arrived and is ready to go but we are still awaiting Donna's new sim - if it isn't here soon then it will not be here until Monday. We are both itching to get back on Titty and move on.
