Hello!

Yes Im still in Blenheim but still having fun! Managed to brave the night life here...which by the way was just as hideous as I thought it was going to be, bascially not too dissimilar from Aylesbury! I miss the Mermaid and the decent bars of Wellington.

Had so much fun today though...Funday Sunday we have now called it. Last Sunday we got the paddling pool and this Sunday we took a road trip at four in the morning to Kaikoura to watch the sunrise. It was worth the early start though, it was so lovely to be some of the first chaps in the World to see in the new day, we felt like we made friends with the sun for the day! Kaikoura is beautiful as well, huge snow capped mountains surround it and... oh well its just lovely.

On the way back to Blenheim I caught sight of something rather magnificent which I have been dying to see the whole time I have been in NZ. Yes it was a huge pod of Dolphins!! We quickly swerved to a layby and ran out of the truck and onto the beach. Which I regretted doing rather instantly as the sand was black and my feet got scorched!! In excitement and pain we ran, or rather hopped and ran to the shore to try and get a better look. They were quite far out but you could easliy see them all leaping about in the water...it was so cool. We just sat and watched them for ages I have never seen anything like that many before so we felt quite previlaged!

Off to Kaikoura again on Tues to meet Marlin which im excited about!! Fingers crossed to good weather though!
