Hello Everyone!

Well im still surving in Auckland, its great. Had a chance to actually look around and explore a bit more. Its a great city, surrounded by green forests and the sea and there is plenty to do! Went to look round Viaduct Harbour on 19th...loads of boats they are huge and much better than the ones on Scilly hehe! Loads of bars and resturants..pretty swanky!

Yesterday I went up the Sky Tower..you can see it in this pic (its the tall pointy one!) apparently its the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere so theres a little trivia for you! Great views from the top of Auckland Harbour and the surrounding areas. Ventured into city to see the night life and ended up in some bar where they brewed there own beer..really nice. But before we knew it they had locked the doors and were giving us free samples..eek!

Today I went to the Auckland Museum (like a proper tourist!)..really nice walk to it through gardens etc. It was so warm today but cloudy but Its an issue of spot the British Tourist!! Really interesting stuff altough was slightly scared about the exibition on 'what would happen if Aucklands volcanoes exploded'!! Apparently NZ is being squished and twisted..oh man!

Met so many cool people already, such a mix and everyone is so nice. Its so much fun! Hoping to go to Waiheke Island tomo, just off Auckland harbour (depending on weather!)
