Sick or not sick, delayed or not delayed - the day of our Malta trip has finally arrived. :)
After our flight was re-scheduled twice (charter...), we're finally off to Malta soon, slightly delayed, but hey - this happens. :)

21:00 update:
Well, we're finally here! :)
After taxi-ing for almost 90 minutes at Ben Gurion airport due to a strike in Greece (!), we arrived in Malta, got a taxi to the hotel and were treated to a great Club suite with Club access.
Still, our original plan was delayed by over 5 hours due to both the long taxing time at the airport and the original delay in the flight, so most of the itineraries we've planned for today were not done.
We ended up wandering in Valletta's streets and harbour, looking at the old buildings and the semi-empty streets.
We visited 2 churches and a beautiful bastion and garden and used the famous Maltese buses (now all new...).
Right now we're lounging in the Club and soon we'd be out to see the hotel's area, which is supposed to be one big party zone. :)
Because we did not manage to visit all the places we've planned to, we'd visit them in 2 days.
Tomorrow is all about the 3 cities.
