We said an almost tearful goodbye to stunning Iceland and took an early morning flight to Copenhagen. We checked in the hotel, which turned out to be rather disappointing, and headed to stroll the lovely (yet empty) streets of Copenhagen (Easter time, I guess). Of course, we did not miss the Little Mermaid and severa; other main attractions in the city. We returned to the hotel at around 8PM and started getting ready to our flight home.

We had a very early start at 1:45 at night. Went to the airport and had a VERY poorly maintained flight with SAS to Copenhagen. Spend the entire day in Copenhagen, visiting the botanical gardens, the town hall, Rosenbrog castle, the cathedral and enjoying this lovely city. At around 20:00 we took a lovely (yet VERY bumpy) Icelandair flight to Keflavik, arrived to the empty airport and took the bus to our hotel. After being awake for more than 24 hours, it's time ...
