Today, we woke up to a chillingly nice morning with beautiful weather and now we're getting ready to enjoy our last day here. We're soon off to 2 nearby cities, to visit an aristocratic palace, a huge dome and some nice gardens. This morning, we took a 1.5 hour bus to north western tip of Malta and then took a ferrz to Gozo, the smaller island in the Maltese archipelego. Then, we took 2 buses to the north western part of the island to see the Azure Window, the inland see and the blue hole. All of them were nice, but the weather was too windy to take anz boat trips in the area. Woke up to a lovely day today and took two buses, in order to reach the Blue Grotto, which is a lovely place in south Malta, with nice caves and a cliff that drops to the sea violently. While there, we took a 20-minute boat trip inside the numerous caves - absolutely stunning. In the distance, we could see Filfila, the tiny islet, just 5 km south of the island itself. After a turmoil night sleep we started the day with an OK breakfast, long bus ride to Valetta, a nice visit to St. John co-cathedral and another long bus ride to Fort Rinella, where we met Victorian characters and saw a hundred ton cannon.
