Right, River Valley is even smaller than Waitomo. We basically just turned up to a hostel in the middle of knowhere with nothing else to do we just got a load of booze and started a fire and justed chatted and drank all night long! On the way there we stopped of a a hugge Waterfall and river and were jumping in and just going crazy but despite the freezing water it was so much fun.

This was really good fun and another way to get to knoww everyone much better. As the night wore on me (rich) and 2 others decided to walk to the top of a hill and watch the sunrise. As we started walking we realised just how far it was to the top and wondered what to do. Luckily some random car pulled up and we asked him for a lift. The 3 of us piled in the back of his truck and he took us the whole way up!!! The best thing about it was he was called Rich and after a couple of beers i definately thought this was the best thing EVER!!! The sunrise was actually really rubbish, we failed to realise it was really cloudy so 1 minute we were in pitch bacl and the next it was light!!

We had to walk all the way back which we didnt think about either! When we got to the bottom Hannah was waiting and we all went walking through the river....it was SO SO cold but nice and refreshing.
