We arrived in Wellington mid afternoon and only having 1 day there we headed straight out. We looked around the musuem which was really cool and had the biggest octopuss ever caught. Its eyes were the size on a size 5 football!!!!

After we went for a drink on the Harbour and sat for ages talking and taking in awesome views. Its probably the most picturesc capital city in the world!!!

In the everning we wanted just to chill out and about 8 of us went to see Slumdog Millionaire which is a brilliant film that you should definately watch. It remided us of our India trip and how long ago that seems now.

Looking forward to hopping over to the south island now where apparently the views are even more amazing.
