Today we were up early and got the bus from the Cameron highlands to Georgetown in Penang. We've booked our transfers though tour companies and they have been excellent so far. The only thing I don't think I'll get used to are the loos en route in the service stations! They're very clean, but are just holes in the ground with no loo roll in sight, just a hose!! We arrived and got a really lovely room in our hostel on Love Lane. We got out and had a proper wander around, taking in the sights, and having lunch in a lovely bar/guesthouse near us (see pic for the satay we had!) then found a bar for the World Cup final. What a final it was too. Can't wait till next time when it's in England! Whoop! Looking forward to doing a bit more exploring tomorrow!
