The last two days we have been cruising the Staits of Magellan and the Chilean Fjords. It is absolutely beautiful with the mountains and glaciers! You can sit on the deck and never get tired of the fabulous view.Today we are at The port of Chacabuco and took a tour into Patagonia. Took a drive to Aiken del Sur Park and then a hike along the river trail to " Old Man's Beard" waterfall.
We then enjoyed a typical Patagonia barbecue lunch of lamb accompanied by Chilean wines and "Pisco" a traditional sweet/sour cocktail.
Again our departure from this port was the most amazing part of the day with a cloudless blue sky we could see the tops of the snow capped mountain range on both sides of the ship.
