Today I just spent hanging around my beautiful hotel again. I've made some new friends by the name of Dave and Tommy and I've been having fun hanging out with them. I'm going up Mt Sinai tonight and I went and had my dinner and then Sam, who owns the Bedoiun tent at the hotel got me to come down and smoke some Sheesha with him. I sat in there smoking with him and drinking tea for about 3 hours. Afterwards, I felt a little bit drunk and I hadn't touched one bit of Alcohol, just cherry and vanilla flavoured tabacco. The sheesha pipe looks like the thing the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderlad smokes, I got a little be cheeky by doing an impersonation of him "U? Whoooo R U?" I thought it was pretty funny anyway, I guess you do when your feeling like that. My head spinning and in a little Wonderland of my own. I just laid back and felt so mellow, I didn't want to leave to go mountain climbing. This whole place is like that though, like a little bubble and nothing else seems to matter, it feels a million miles away from Cairo or reality in general for that matter.I thanked Sam and went out to reception to meet my lift to Mt Sinai at 9:45pm, feeling drunk as a skunk, this is going to be an interesting climb I thought.
