Woke up fairly early and super refreshed after about 12 hours of sleep, sun was absolutely beaming so after a bacon and egg butty hopped on the beast an cruised down to SCD and paid for my diving, the orientation started at 4pm so I used this time wisely and got straight to the beach, where after a minute of wondering found a very contempt in the sun spicy crowd. I was baking by this point so jumped straight in water to cool off, I then broke the tragic news that my beloved flip flops had passed away in an unspeakable accident and I was now wearing new shoes which just weren't up to scratch.. I then shot to my orientation which was just filling in paper work and watching safety videos, When I got back to spicy Lana was rounding people up as she was performing at an open mic night, so we went for dinner then some of the hostel crammed into the back of a taxi whilst the others (myself included) gave lifts on the bikes, Lana sang super well and got a great response, another singer/songwriter also and she was pretty amazing too! After watching a few others bands and artists I decided to head back as I had my pool session, I offered Fabs (the singer songwriter) a lift which turned into her bringing a guitar with her and she played it a bit as I drove, weird experience but pretty awesome!! I then got back and finished my scuba revision/paperwork and hit the hay so I was fresh for my diving, excited!!
