Waking up after only having a few beers and feeling awful puts an immediate dampener on your day, but none the less waking up in a hammock makes you feel a ton better, had my now usual breakfast of noodles on toast and after watching a film or two in the morning Jed, Leigh and myself went down for a bite to eat at Su Chilli (our local eating joint) I then ventured to the local clinic as my foot wasn't getting any better and started to hurt a little bit, it's as I feared and it had gotten a bit infected, the nurse gave it a deep clean, which I can say was possibly the most painful experience I've had all year, but I knew it was for the best in the long haul, she then bandaged it up like a pro and gave me some medicine to get rid of the infection, I headed back to spicy and picked up Virginia, me and her headed to Sairee and chilled out and then watched the sun set and took a couple photos, we arrived back at spicy just before the BBQ so when that was ready grabbed our plates and stuffed out faces, the other guys started drinking but I was on meds and Virginia felt s***e so we just chilled out and put The Beach on when the others headed out after a few drinks, I called it a night fairly early as I felt drained after the butchering of my foot, as soon as it's healed I'm gonna start my diving!
