After waking from one of the best nights sleep I've had in a while I was greeted by Simon, a Swedish chap I met last night, he had won a dive voucher whilst on a pub crawl and was leaving today so couldn't use it, as a result I now have a voucher for a free dive!! I then got up had some free toast and got my beach stuff together, Jed, Kish and myself hopped in a taxi to RPM rental and each got a scooter to cruise around the island, £3 a day, just have to be safe on them! We had a 30 minute ride to get used to them then headed to Freedom beach, this place is a paradise, when I saw it first my jaw dropped to how amazing it was, we spent the whole day here chilling on the beach, swimming etc and we had lunch at the hillside cafe and the food there was phenomenal, the only reason we left if because the sun set... We made our way back to Spicy Tao, showered, then got on the changs with the rest of the crew! We played a few drinking games and got rather merry! When everyone was on there way we headed into the town to continue our night, visited a few bars again and met a lot of decent people! The drinks were flowing and the party was going all night, after getting sufficiently drunk Jed and I headed back to the hostel where we had the genius idea to sleep in hammocks, so we both grabbed our sleeping bag liners and hopped in a hammock each and crashed out, this place is absolute heaven!
