So it´s finally the last day and after the way we´ve been speed travelling the last couple of weeks, I´m actually a little relieved. I would´ve liked to slow down a little bit but there was so much left for us to see in such a short amount of time. I don´t regret the way we´ve speed travelled lately, but it definitely gets tiring. But I´m really glad we got to dip into Portugal for at least a little bit. So it turns out that Holland is the only country on the Eurail that we missed, which is unfortunate and we planned going there, but three months just isn´t enough time to see everything. So Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands will have to wait for me. As far as Madrid, we will be flying from here to Chicago with a layover in Dublin. With only one day to see the city, we did the same thing we´ve been doing the last two weeks and just walked around teh city. I can´t believe how much we´ve been walking over here, I´m definitely looking forward to all of the sitting involved in Thanksgiving. Madrid was a nice city to walk around, but I wouldn´t call it great. It doesn´t really have the sights of some other capital cities. However, I think people like Madrid because of theparty ambience and not necessarilly how many ¨sights¨it has. I´m running out of internet time so I´ll have to finish this blog when I get back to the states on Monday. Please hold.
