Barden's Great Aussie Adventure 2015
We went for a drive to the Mornington Peninsula today. Took the highway to Frankston, then followed the coast road down to Portsea. The beaches down here are amazing, and the houses are huge. Portsea is one of the richest postcodes in Australia. Rye was my favourite spot and would love to stay here a while. It would have been a perfect spot for the boys to play but they were both fast asleep in the car at the time.
We then took a drive across to the eastern side of the peninsula where we went through a golf course and saw our first echidna in the wild.
We were aiming to see the glass blowing works at Red Hill but got there at closing time, so after a big day on the road we headed back to camp.
