We started the day with a walk up to Genoa Peak. It was a 2 hour return trip with most of it being a slight incline and getting steep at the end. The wind has settled down a lot today but we decide there isn’t much to do here unless you go on a boat tour which I wasn’t interested in this time. So we drove on stopping at Stony Creek bridge which is the longest wooden trestle bridge in the southern hemisphere. Built in 1916, it is 276m long and 19m high.
