WOW best trip of my life! this will be long but i make no appologies about it! Not so much of an early start, however earlier than id like seeing as there was nothing to do in Airlie, but had to check out by 10am. It was a very early start getting up at 5 45am to get ready to catch my bus! It wasnt until i was walking to town to the bus stop that the nerves kicked in, but they kicked so hard when they did! As you may know i spent a night and 2 days out on the reef in order to complete this. 4 dives later in 4 different locations around Norman Reef and i was a fully qualified open water diver!
