Woke up even earlier for our final day much to my delight. Having to pack up leaving and the hostel and packing the trailor to fit all our bags and all the tools and equipment. The first part of the morning went soo slow up until smocko, it seemed like our final mornings work was never going to end! However after Smocko me and Ted got sent on another of our missions to try and destroy the endless amount of weeds strangling parts of the rainforest around us, this section of the day seemed to be done in not long but bucket loads of sweat! very hot still and very physical work.
At one point we had another shock though... dont worry nto a snake this time... WORSE! we nearly walked into a spiders web, this spider was bigger than the palm of my hand! we were told it was deadly but it would have made us seriously ill, although itsa friendly spider apparently... so.... who wants me to bring them 1 as a pet?
coz you can b***** off up here and get one urself! hehe
the afternoon had more of a toristy feel to it! stop[ping in a small rainforest village of Kuranada where we had our lunch, which for me consisted of 1 slice of bread with peanut butter on... YUM! lol
The street markets were really cool, lots of souvenir opportunities althuogh unfortunatly too early to start weighing down the bag! We also got shown a local spot to look into a nature reserve where i saw some fersh water crocks which to be fair dont look that big in all honesty! however i wasnt going to jump the fence to see exactly how big they were, i say small... id guess size of a human being though!
