Nick woke up early with the boys and Anna and so took them off for a walk down at the beach while Katharine and I slept. They didn't last very long, as it was windy and cold and came home for a hot chocolate to warm up. After breakfast we drove into Esperance to top up with supplies as we had run everything down to almost empty! We filled up every container we had (including all our empty milk bottles) with drinking water at the town dump point then got fuel. Next stop was the laundry and while the washing was on we went for a walk to get coffee, visit the bakery and buy the papers. We took the washing home wet to hang out, as the forecast is sunshine for the next two days and then went to Woollies for a huge grocery shop. Nick did the shopping while I sat in the car with the kids and the dog and used the Internet, posting the blog, sending emails and checking out rental properties in Bunbury. Town seemed insane and we were very glad to head back out to the beach again, with a very full car!! The kids spent the rest of the afternoon playing around the van while Nick and I read and then we had a long walk down at the beach before dinner. The tide was out and we spent hours exploring all the rock pools. After dinner the kids watched a movie before bed and Nick and I started the series 'Breaking Bad' - interesting and a bit dark!! Katharine fell asleep while reading and the other three were out cold in seconds of the light turning out - what a peaceful evening!!
