Another 430am wake up from the dog but at least this time she went back to sleep for a couple of hours and so we didn't get out of bed until nearly 7am. After breakfast the kids began schoolwork while I made a sticky date pudding and Nick filled the van up with water. Due to such an early start we were finished by 11 am and nobody was ready for lunch so we decided to have a long walk along the beach first. Despite the weather being cold and windy, walking the beach was magic. The beach was deserted and Tally loved the freedom of being able to run wild. She had her first swim in the ocean and Katharine stressed the entire time incase she got carried off by a wave! On the way home we picked up some fresh bread for a late lunch and spent the rest of the afternoon phoning Real Estate Agents in Bunbury letting them know we were interested in a rental property. Nick contacted the primary school too and registered our interest in the kids starting there next year (its dependant on our address!) While Nick cooked dinner I began the long process of starting our tax returns and it was after 10pm before I gave up and called it a night!
