Edwin Warner Park

For about a year I've been wanting to check out Edwin Warner Park. It's pretty crazy that I haven't been there before since: 1. I grew up in Nashville 2. It's not that far from where I live and 3. I'm always looking for good places to hike.

We had a beautiful day, especially for August (take that global warming!), so Corey and I went out there to take a walk. We opted for a short one since we'd both been working all day. It was a very nice little park, I must say.

The highlight of the day, though, came not through hiking. As we were headed back to the car, I ran into my friend Celia from college. She's doing great and now has a little baby boy! I had no idea that she and her husband lived in the Nashville area. She is one of the few people from the soccer world who I stayed friends with all through college. It sometimes amazes me how small this world of ours really is...

Anyway, this post isn't very exciting, but I wanted to try this thing out!
