Challenge Nation - Nashville
Yesterday I competed in the Challenge Nation race in Nashville with my friends, Amanda & Luke Diamond. We were given twelve clues and had to complete 11 of them before returning to the starting point. It's kind of like a one-day Amazing Race, which is one of my favorite shows when I get to watch it. This one was much less intense & physically demanding than the Oyster Race I did last year.
We started out at Paradise Park downtown. Please note: This is not a park...it's a "trailer resort" (only in Tennessee...). Mom would be happy to see their pink flamingos. From there we traveled around downtown as far as Bicentennial Mall. The route we took was about 4.7 miles. Here's a map of where we went: Show on Google Maps
The race went well and we had a great time. I highly recommend getting some friends and family together to try a race. I'm hoping to do another one on Oct. 17 called Urban Dare. Maybe one of these days my team will beat Lee's!
