Arrived at the glacier about 7:00. I went down to reception about my coat, no luck. Up to the Crystal Pool where I thought I'd left it and it was still on the back of the chair where I'd left it.
After breakfast, went up to look at the glacier. It was certainly better than Amalia. As it was still early in the morning it was much colder than yesterday. The ship spent about three hours slowly turning so everyone had a chance to see it. A tender was sent out so the ship's photographers could take shots of both the glacier and the ship.
The sail out was amazing and we were still passing snow covered mountains after four hours. I didn't realise Chile was so beautiful.
The men have pulled back in BoS, we're now only one point behind.
After a breezy deck quoits (lost) and a cup of tea, I was on my way back to my cabin and passed through the Riviera Pool area. The wind was howling like something out of a horror film, but the seas were quite calm. At 16:00 we finally reached the open ocean and once again the change was noticeable. It calmed down by bed time.
Won gold sticker number seven in the Individual Quiz. The 9:30 quiz was pictures of bands, and we were really bad. However, so were the other teams and we won a bottle of wine. I said I wouldn't do the Syndicate as we never win two bottles in one night. Was persuaded otherwise. We won our second bottle of the night in the tie break. That means we've started our collection for the second formal night of the third sector!
