Saturday May 21: Today Melanie and I were slow to get going since the little get together last night. Our room was a disaster area this morning! Lindsey had gotten up and was leaving with some of the group to go to Bruges on the train, which is a town with canals going through it. They rented bikes and rode around the city and then took the train to the coast of the English Channel. Then some of the guys went to Amsterdam for the day. Sounds like they had a great time!

Today we went shopping and then went to the zoo. I found a skirt and swimsuit for our summer break in Greece. I'm really excited that my first time to the ocean will be in Greece!!! We will be in Greece June 1st to the 5th. Can't Wait! Well anyways back to our day, we went to the zoo. This is a world famous zoo that is larger than the one in Washington D.C. I was really excited to go to the zoo since I had not been to one for a while! Well the zoo was your typical zoo with a lion, a tiger, and birds. All your typical animals were there. Melanie's favorites were the monkeys and the penguins, and that we got suns. We spent around 2 hours walking around in the sunshine and 70 degree weather. Melanie's

After the zoo we made a trip to the Carrfore express to pick up a few groceries. Then we came home and just sat around. Melanie made like hours of of skype phone calls and I fell asleep to the Disney channel. That pretty much sums up our day.
