Yesterday was a sad day because it was our last day in Europe but we fit a lot in and it turned out to be a really fun day. We woke up early and left our hostel to get on the Tube around 9am. We took the Tube to Buckingham Palace and watched the changing of the guards which was cool from what we could see. It was sooo crowded. After that we went and laid in Green Park for about an hour. We made it to Chicago. So far so good. Keep getting delayed but at least we are on our way. Looking forward to the 9 hour flight that is to come.... We should be arriving in Belgium around 10am Belgium time (3am Central time) 5/16/11 if our flight does not get delayed anymore!

Well it it feels good to officially say that we are finally ready to go! Last night we enjoyed one last good "American" dinner and night out with everyone. It was fun but made for a much longer day today J But… After a long day of packing and cleaning (many thanks to Michelle and Cate) my apartment is packed up and ready for the move to the new apartment the day I get back, cleaned from top to bottom and my bags are actually packed and ready to go for Europe...

Well it is 2 days before we set off on our great and wild adventure. We are both excited to go although Melanie is not packed yet! I hope everyone enjoys following us a Melanie and I concur Western Europe! Michelle
