On the road again!We made a quick stop in Normanton for some happy snaps of the Big Croc and the Big Barra and to refuel.Drove for a few hours to the Burke and Wills Roadhouse where we stopped for a short break and then we were on the road again headed for Cloncurry but we didn't quite make it as we decided to stop at the Quamby Pub where we set up camp out the back of the pub.Once again it was very hot so we had a quick dip in the pool and then settled in to the bar for the evening.Just on dark a plague of grasshoppers came through and they were everywhere inside the pub.Andy didn't cope with the grasshoppers to well and jumping around and yelling whenever one landed on him.....bloody sook!We cooked up a bbq for dinner with the publican and ended up having quite a bit night!

Bit of a sleep in today as we were all a little worse for wear and a bit weary.The boys got up and fixed the publican Baine Marie, which took them half an hour and the publican wiped our bill from the night before!Awesome!Electricians come in handy some times.

We packed up about lunchtime and backtracked on ourselves and headed north again to a station called Cholula, to camp on the river there.Matt was talking to the station manager last night and he said we could come and camp there and the boys could look for some pigs.So we set up camp and the boys went for a walk along the river to look for pigs.Matt was walking along and he heard Andy scream behind him so he turned around and saw a big pig running up the river bank.He tried to shoot it but he only had the shot gun and the pig was too quick and too far away.Andy, who had the rifle, didn't manage to get a shot off.But Matt was happy they got to see one pig at least.

The boys went out spotlighting tonight but only managed to see a couple of wallabies.

It was a very hot day today!
