I can be very short about this day at the AO, because there was only interesting tennis on the showcourts. Three of them are free accesible with a groundpass, but the others aren't. We went with the group of girls to court 2 to watch Fernando play in doubles, and it was a nice way to start the day. Still I felt restless because I knew it was my last day and I didn't want to go away from Melbourne park.
Right before 12 I left the court to take a run to a practice court. I felt like saying goodbye, and afterwards iwas even happier that i did so. Told Nico Almagro that I was leaving for a couple of days, and he was sympathic as always. You gotta love that guy for who he is and how he does. :)) Well at least it brought me close to tears to say goodbye. It hurted me not to be at the QF against Ferrer. After this short thing I went back to Fers match and they won it! How happy we were, and it made me laugh that father Verdasco took a pic of us haha. :))
The rest of the day was not that interesting as i was in my fly modus again. i hopped from court to court, to see a practice here and a bit of a match there. Took some pics for some ppl and just enjoyed my last few hours at the tennis. I know I can go back as I have some groundpasses left, but still, I can't stand it to say goodbye, even though it's not for long and certainly not forever...
I left the grounds at seven to go bac kto my hostel. I had to shower and get changed for dinner at the japanese restaurant not far and there was a huge backpack to pack. After all we had a great night, which would be short because of an alarm at 6 in the morning...
