We booked into Aria Resort and Casino which has only opened in the last 12 months. The rooms are fantastic, we got a strip view room on the 19th floor. Everything is operated by a bedside touch device a bit like the telstra t-hub. Took a few hours of messing around before we were finally settled. Vegas Hotel receptions are like a mad house in the early afternoons. There a big queues and everyone is either checking in or out. There is no point in not having a go on the pokies here if you are having a drink. The better casinos charge about $8 for a stubby or $9 for jacks and coke, however they are free if you are on the pokies or at a table. They come around quite quick too. Buffet meals are king in Vegas, cheap, fantastic quality and lots of it. Our first buffet dinner had heaps of alaskan king crabs, prawns, various roasts, curries and lots of desserts. You nearly role out of there
