Well we started the morning by Fred saying Lynda why don't you repack! What I said...but he was right to suggest one suitcase for Hawaii and CALABOGIE and one for the cruise. I was up the night before till midnight working on Amy's recipe book as she made me feel so bad about not having it ready as I promised. House was clean, cases were packed, notes were complete...nothing left to do...then I re packed, did wash, fixed batteries for TV, had several phone calls and visits but at 5 minutes to go impressed the "publish" button on the recipe book.
Lyn picked us up at two and we had a good run to airport with 3 hours to spare! We were able to spread out on plane as there was lots of spare seats. We shared 3 between us two then Fred moved and I had 3 to my own....but not a wink of sleep! Plane was small and very very bumpy most of the way...no tv or anything!
Well we arrived in Hawaii same day at 7am...unreal! We breezed thru customs as man in line before us was taken away....no fingerprints or anything as we both travelled on Canadian passport...what a difference! Then we got to hotel...no room till 2pm so dropped off our bags, had the normal time share sales pitch and went for a coffee and a stroll. Checked out the beach, our next days time share, had a bite to eat and went back to check in. Had a rest and went out to Tony Roma's for delicious ribs!
Got home and had panic from amy...her time share did not allow them in..she was stranded in Spain with the man she loves and was having a panic attack....I went down to see if wyndham could help but we were on wrong side of world so had to wait till 4am before I could get help....ended up a computer glitch...all sorted but no sleep,again!
