Just completed day 1 and 22km walk in sunshine. All went well but as usual last 3km all uphill. Anyway great apt run by Enrico who looks like the young Montalbano. Tomorrow rain is forecast all day so could be a damp trip to San Gimignano.
Lively place and had pre prandials at bar central which was offering played of free food as its Easter. Then off to Osteria for beef carpaccio followed by sea bass. It doesn’t get much better than that
