06/11/21 We are now at Black Bear RV Park in McCall ID after driving 120 miles. The drive was beautiful through valleys and mountains to a picturesque town at over 5000 feet altitude next to a beautiful lake. The campground is owned by a young couple with three children who previously traveled the country in an RV and have worked hard to make this place very nice. We had dinner as a group then Pattie and I drove around town in the evening just to see it and also pick up/eat more ice cream. We will be here for two days.
We tested Shannon in Wayne and Patti’s RV for a few miles but she was still anxious. She came back to our RV and we gave her the second level medication. It did calm her down to make her more manageable for the drive but she was obviously drugged. As a fur parent, it was very hard to see her so out of it.
