06/13/21 Wayne lubed up tow bar attachments to make it easier to disconnect. Worked great, thanks Wayne. Said my goodbyes to everyone for the twentieth time. It was still hard. We drove 153 miles through some mountains on State 55 next to the Payette River where people were river rafting and kayaking. Then through Boise onto I84 to Wagon Wheel RV Park in Mountain Home ID. Only campground I could beg my way into and we were indeed the only open site left and with full hookups. Guessing over half are full time residents but the site is shaded and clean. The temperature was over 100 here today. A radical change from McCall where I used my electric blanket last night but this heat wave is all around me. Surprised to see a sign for Sun Valley when I turned off the highway. Always wanted to see Sun Valley Ski Resort but it is 77 miles and 2 hours away from here. Nice evening but very quiet without the gang. Miss them.
The mountains still bothered Shannon and she was on a half a dose of the second level drug alternative. Less drugged behavior and a better trip for both of us. But this prescription is a strong addictive drug so I want to use it only for mountain travel days.

Christine Mekdsy Hi Diane, So good speaking with you over the weekend and telephone-sharing my birthday with me. :) It was a quiet one, but that's okay by me. Brian et ux were going to visit yesterday, but kids' schedules got in the way. Hopefully, we'll get together soon. Pool looks inviting. Now for some landscaping around it. So, have a very safe trip back to RI. Keep me posted. Sun Valley--I'd love to see that area myself!! Love ya, Chris
