Arrived in Auckland just after midday today. I had not heard very good reviews about Auckland and I must admit it was just as bad as i had been led to imagine! Oh my god I did the LONGEST walk ever today!! I walked to the seal colony on Kaikoura Peninsula, which took a good hour just to get there from the hostel. It was totally amazing seeing the seals so close up, still get surprised at how big they r!
