Went on the gondola in Queenstown today with Sarah and Heather. It a really amazing view across the place, makes u really appreciate just how big the lake is and how amazing The Remarkables are! The day started off pretty good but rained as soon as we got into the center! Me and Whytey had gone into the center for some Boxing Day sales. Left Christchurch for Queenstown pretty early. Me and Sarah were so sleepy that we forgot to get seats together let alone get me a window seat cause the flight is pretty impressive. Left Franz Josef for Queenstown. Didnt really stop off much as it was a pretty long day driving. Didnt even sleep much cause i was sitting chatting with James. Stopped off a Wanaka which was another nice wee lakeside town. Arrived in Queenstown at about 5pm so didnt really have time to do anything. Ended up sitting in that night and played drinking games with the folk in my room.
