Today we had to leave the elephant park. We were told last night that we had no jobs this morning, so Will and I took the liberty of a lovely lie in. Only to be woken up by the guys banging on our door claiming that we had poo duty this morning.

We ignored this.

We later met the others at a more reasonable hour, said goodbye to lovely Steel and our kittens, before heading back to Chiang Mai city.

I met up with the girls, who wanted to get ear piercings. However, I was the only one who left the shop with something (see photo!). We then all got girly pedicures and had a much needed Italian feast, after the week long vegetarian Thai cuisine we had suffered.

We all then went to the night market, and explored street after street of handicraft stores and goods. In the end, it was myself and Teresa who were left shopping, before we headed back to mine to get showered and ready for the big night ahead.

Several drinks down, we arrived at Zoe's and met the gang. I lost count of the amount of drinks, buckets and shots I had, but I do recall heading to another club called Spiceys? Then everything else is a blur!
