Today was rainy and miserable, so we were glad to be under shelter and preparing the food for the elephants. We were a well oiled machine, passing melons across to one another to shelves, and then to be washed and cut up. Scrubbing pumpkin after pumpkin is strangely therapeutic!
We then spent more time with our favourite kittens, and my favourite dog, Steel. In the afternoon, we had to plant more trees in the rain. Dressed in wellies and waterproof jackets, we made our way to the other side of the park on the back of a pick up truck. We planted our trees around the park, and tried to escape an elephant throwing trees and rocks at me. Cheers!
We were ecstatic to hear Bang tell us that it was time to head back.
After stealing a warm shower in Charlottes room as ours was icey cold, we headed up to sky walk, a large raised platform in the park. Teresa taught us some yoga, and we chilled out before dinner. The evening then consisted of full body Thai massages (equivalent of £2.80!) and singing along to acoustic guitar with some beers!
