Up early to have a really good breakfast at the hotel. Good to get out of that room...4 beds in one small room doesn't leave much space. We picked up the hire car from Hertz and were upgraded to a Ford Galaxy. Then we were off driving across England to Bath. We checked in at the accommodation we had booked from London which was a small guest house called Roban House. That was quite an experience as the landlady had so many rules that you could barely scratch yourself....no shoes on the carpet, must wear slippers, keep doors closed, no suitcases on beds etc etc...and rinse shower after every use...what a shocker!! We went for a nice walk around town however and ate at a quaint restaurant called Sally Lunn's.
