We spent Sunday morning wandering around the Indian Markets - they stretch way beyond the Plaza so we walked a fair way. There is so much beautiful and innovative jewellery, pottery and other arts to look at. On Saturday morning we went along Route66 into the old part of Gallup and looked at some of the American Indian murals painted on buildings. After a short stroll it was back onto the Interstate Highway heading towards Albuquerque. At the start of the day we had driven over 2700 miles since picking up the car.
