O'Connor's Tours
Amanda had the day off today so we (mainly Monica) helped move most of her stuff to Ciara's house. It didn't take long at all so we spent the majority of the day in the centre doing the tourist bits that we had missed the day before. Just like yesterday we did a lot of walking and when you're with Amanda you have to walk pretty fast, there's no hanging about she is off! We went to darling harbour and the Chinese gardens. The gardens were really nicely done, very tranquil and pretty. We went around Paddy's market but nobody bought anything until we came out the other side and hit china town. I went straight for the bubble tea and it was delicious!
We took the long walk back to Sydney harbour so we could look at the high streets. We paused for a frozen yoghurt and then walked around the botanical gardens. Amanda showed us the spot for great pictures of the opera house and the bridge. The government house was next on the list and then we got the train back. We were all really tired and had aching legs from the amount of walking we had done. It was a great day and worth the aches!
We made fajitas for tea and went to the courthouse, which is a very cool bar in Newtown, for a few drinks with Ciara and Gethin.
