Today we arrived in Kununurra. We stopped are we were coming into town, at the thLions Club Park where you can view the overflow of the dam. There was also a boat ramp and beautiful scenery, all spoilt with an abundance of rubbish!! What a shame.

We toured around at various caravan parks as there is no free camping in this area, and decided to come back to the one we stayed last time around. Our camp is right on the lake/rivers (dont know which) edge and the site we selected is completely shaded which is great as I am sure it is over 40 degrees again today!!

Allen has booked in for a Beef n Barra night tonight.....

Tuesday...

Well he made short work of his dinner last night....went back for seconds. We had to have the air con on all night last night.....so hot.

Allen took the boat out on the lake this morning, seeing as it is moored just outside our door, and went fishing. He caught about 16 catfish but released them all....one was really big apparently.
